Refund policy

This policy covers the Chefzi subscription. It is a month-to-month subscription for a food business in the United Kingdom.

The free period

The first three months are free.

Offer ends 23:59 on 1 Dec 2026. From 2 Dec, new sign-ups get 1 month free.

Cancel before the free period ends and you pay nothing.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. After the free period the fee is £19 a month for cash or no-card payments, or £29 a month with online card payments through Stripe, per location. There is no setup fee and Chefzi charges 0% commission on the order. If you cancel, you are not charged for the next month.

Refunds

A Chefzi monthly fee you have already paid is not refunded for the days left in that month, unless the charge was taken in error or the law requires a refund. Write to info@chefzi.co.uk if a monthly fee looks wrong.

Stripe fees

Standard Stripe card processing fees apply. Stripe card processing fees are set by Stripe. Chefzi does not set those fees and does not refund them. A refund of a diner’s card payment is between the restaurant and the diner. Chefzi does not take a commission on the order, so there is no Chefzi commission to return.
