- Delivery & couriers Draw delivery areas on a map or set them by radius or postcode, each with its own fee, minimum order and delivery time.
- Table ordering Guests scan a QR code at the table, order and pay from their phone. Fewer trips to the till and faster table turns.
- Payments Restaurants on the £19 plan take cash orders, including cash on delivery and cash on collection. The £29 plan adds card payments at checkout. Chefzi does not take a percentage of the order.
- Receipts & reports Every order gets a clean PDF receipt for you and the customer, plus daily sales reporting you can actually read.

- SMS marketing Branded texts and flyers that point at your own ordering page. You send them.

Chefzi is the ordering system for one independent restaurant or takeaway in the UK. Customers order on your website. You receive the order in the Chefzi app on a phone or tablet you already have, with no separate order-taking POS to buy. The same account covers delivery zones, QR ordering for guests already seated, and table bookings before they arrive.
Email campaigns and SMS, including branded texts and flyers, are sent by you to people who have agreed. Custom domain connection is live in the portal. Google ranking help, social posts and paid ads are done for you and priced separately. None of them promises a map position, a number of orders, or a growth percentage. The monthly ordering plans stay £19 for cash or no-card payments, or £29 with card payments, with no setup fee and 0% commission.
